Following concerns raised by BADS members regarding confusion with the interpretation of the Department of Health 'Delivery of Single Sex Accommodation' remits in relation to Day Surgery, the Association has had a number of meetings with DH representatives, and has developed the following "Position Statement" that the Department has validated for factual accuracy.
