Meeting cancellations received up to 30 days before the start of the Meeting will be subject to an administration charge of £25. Refunds to delegates cancelling after this date will be at the discretion of the organising committee. Should the meeting be cancelled by the Association for any reason, it's liabiliy will be limited to the refund of registration fees and dinner charges already paid to the Association by delegates. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
